During our session, I use a dual slot camera with your photos being saved on two memory cards. In case of failure with one card, the other one is there for backup. After our session, I follow a secure backup process to protect these photos. First, I create a primary copy on my main editing computer & external hard drive. Next, I make a backup copy on a separate external drive to safeguard against hardware failure. Finally, I store an off-site copy in a secure cloud storage service to protect against theft, fire, or other local disasters. I keep the original files on the memory card until all backups are verified. This system ensures these photos are safe, organized, and accessible whenever I need them.

Yes, a non-refundable booking fee is due to secure your spot. Once we’ve connected and confirmed your session details, you will receive a secure link to complete the booking process.

I understand that unexpected circumstances—like illness or inclement weather—can arise. Clients are allowed to reschedule up to three (3) times. I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible so we can coordinate a new date that works for both of us. If rescheduling exceeds three times (outside of inclement weather) a new booking fee may be required to hold your spot on the calendar. Your comfort and the quality of your session are my priority, and I’m always happy to work with you to find the best possible day for your shoot!
